Send the version you rehearsed.

With paid live-show access, select saved stage and show revisions, review the recipient preview, then freeze a show pack. The frozen document keeps those titles, notes and technical details when the editable originals change.

Create a venue link to that revision and test it as a recipient before sending. Revoke the link when needed. Existing frozen documents and links remain readable after access ends; creating new variants and shares needs paid access.
